Co-Founder & Principal Builder 

Trevor’s lifelong connection to construction and his passion for holistic living come together in CASA SANA. Raised on job sites alongside his father, James, he developed a deep respect for craftsmanship, precision, and timeless design from an early age. After nearly a decade immersed in functional medicine and holistic health—introduced by his wife, Stella—Trevor returned to home building with a renewed mission: to merge beauty, performance, and wellness under one roof. Today, he leads CASA SANA with a builder’s eye and a health practitioner’s mindset, creating custom homes that are not only architecturally refined but also intentionally built for healthier living from the ground up.

Stella Talkie

Co-Founder & Wellness Director

With a degree in Nutrition from Florida State University and a background as a Certified Health Coach, Stella has always been deeply rooted in the world of wellness. When she and Trevor began collaborating on home projects alongside his father, James, she recognized an opportunity to merge their two passions—holistic health and homebuilding. CASA SANA was born out of this vision: creating cleaner, healthier homes through intentional design and materials that support well-being. Stella brings her expertise in toxin-free living and environmental health to every project, ensuring that CASA SANA homes promote not just beauty, but optimal wellness.

James Talkie

General Contractor

Known affectionately as “Big Jimmy,” James Talkie has been a respected custom home builder in the Sarasota area for nearly four decades. As the founder of James Talkie Custom Homes, he earned a reputation for craftsmanship, integrity, and unwavering attention to detail - values that now form the foundation of CASA SANA. Bringing his decades of expertise to the next generation, James works alongside Trevor and Stella to blend traditional building excellence with modern, wellness-focused design. His deep construction knowledge and commitment to precision ensure every CASA SANA home is built to endure - crafted for both timeless beauty and lasting well-being.
